Convenience to the international terminal. Stay here vs in the city with the only reliance on your alarm to get you to the departure terminal just outside the hotel reception. A great decision we made when we had to be up at 4am for a flight back to Sydney.

I thought the room looked a bit weird when I opened the door to the room. The bathroom is almost the size of the sleeping area. I normally like a good chair or couch to sit on. I find the room too small for my liking. However, it is very comfortable for 1 or 2 day stays, any longer lengths of time I will get claustrophobic. Overall, all the staff are extremely friendly and courteous.

The real reason you stay here is for convenient access to terminal 3 and in that regard, it was the perfect stay for us before an early flight. The room had all the basics, was clean and safe, and easy to check in and out of - all things you want for a convenience stay. We had a room with a window but no view, but as we were only there for an overnight stay it wasn't an issue.

Clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is with the airport it’s self. My flight arrived at midnight. But didn’t get through immigration till just after 2am!!! About a thousand passengers and only about ? four immigration officers.. so un Japanese:(( All to go up three floors to the hotel. Then they charged me extra to have a 1 pm check out the next day.
