We stayed with Carole for two nights, and we absolutely loved her place! The location was perfect for us—central and convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. She has created such a warm and cozy space, and her hospitality made all the difference. We truly appreciated her kindness and how welcoming she was. Carole provided a full breakfast each morning, starting with a plate of fresh fruit which was delicious. It’s right on the main road so it’s easy to find, get to other areas and a two minute walk into town. We enjoyed a slow paced visit, spent a day sitting poolside with a book and enjoyed some good meals. And we met some nice people.

Good base for a travels on Long Island. The house is clean and tidy, rocking chairs on the porch, communal lounge and has a pool out the backin the large yard. Carole was helpful and welcoming.

Carole’s B&B was such a pleasant place to stay during our trip. She was so kind, responsive and really valued her guests staying with her. Carol is a marvelous and caring hostess who is very concerned and invested in making sure that her guests are comfortable and has a good time while there. The pool is also a huge bonus, especially on a humid evening when you get back from the beach. Her reccommendations of local attractions and places to visit was invaluable. Overall, I wholehartedly recommend Carol's place, it was a wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! It’s such a cute and cozy b&b with so much charm. Our room was clean and comfy, the location was convenient, and we loved the serenity of the backyard and pool. This place is a hidden gem at an unbeatable price for the Hamptons… Pics don’t do it justice and there’s not a lot of reviews just yet because they just recently reopened. Last but not least, Carole was a wonderful and endearing host who made us feel at home and made tasty breakfasts everyday (we also love her dog, Sweetie). Thank you, Carole!
