The location was very convenient since I had an early morning flight the next day. One thing I found a bit strange was that there didn’t seem to be a ventilation fan in the bathroom, so it got really humid during the shower. Maybe there was a switch somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.

It was very convenient to stay at the airport which provided easy access to our flight to the U.S. the next morning. I was disappointed that I paid more for the room through Expedia than through the hotel. Their rate was less and included the breakfast which we paid almost $40 for the two of us on top of paying more than the hotel's room rate.

The room was comfortable. I wish they would change carpets for other type of cleaner floors for allergic people like us. It doesn't matter how much they "clean" there is always dust mites on the carpet. Everything else was quite clean. It was surprisingly quiet! We were very very pleased.

The room in good has carpet I’m not happy with carpet. But the area is excellent the Hotel is inside the terminal 3 in the departure area. The food is very good and staff it so respectful and polite. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a stress free early check in.
An excellent airport hotel. Perfect location in T3, if you have an early morning flight why stay in town. There is a resturant as part of the hotel, but the dining options in the airport are excellent and fairly priced.

Hard bed and ideal Japanese hard pillow
Enjoy the bath, quick check in, convenient location but have to clear immigration and on 1 floor above arrivals in departure area. Top biffet breakfast for additional. Love the bath with hot, clean and pressure water. Love the Mikimoto scented body and shampoo.
