Although it was a little further away from the airport, there were shuttles to & from the hotel. The Anamori-Inari train station is also nearby and a very short walk to and from the hotel. There are convenient stores & restaurants nearby.

If you are a generally healthy person, you can walk from the airport to this hotel. You are wasting a (price) taxi ride. They do have a shuttle to airport that is free. The hotel is quiet even though near the airport. There are some restaurants in the area. There is a Skuyia if you are into Japanese fast food. The business street off the main road is OK. But like a lot of Japanese neighborhoods outside of shinjuku and shibuya, it is basically run down---dusty and dark izakayas. Things like that. So, stay for a night. Then get your flight back home. AND, you can get a beer at the vending machine on every floor. I was recently told by a Japanese person this was very very rare these days. I guess things have changed since 2016 when this was common. AND the same person told me that the beer (asahi) was overpriced at (price) a can. Don't know where she gets her el cheapo beer, but (price) will get you a can of asahi at any lawsons or 7-11.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming, they only were kind and friendly towards airline pilots and flight attendants. I had to request fir the skincare kit that they only would put out for fir the airline crew. Obvious differences in level of care between my family and the airline crews. Very disappointing especially since I know I paid full price for my rooms.

Good overnight hotel for early Haneda flight
As an overnight stay for an early flight this was ideal. Convenient to get to by Keikyu train line to Anamori-inari station. A short 2 minute walk and you are there. I arrived about 30 minute before check-in time and was accommodated, which is rare in Japan. The room was small but ok. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. The bathroom had a bath and shower. The TV was Japanese only which is a shame considering most airport hotels make an effort in this respect. Wifi was free and decent speed. My only disappointment was the lack of recognised eateries in the area. I walked to the airport to find something... takes 30 minutes.

It's a functional lower cost hotel for your last night in Japan before catching the free shuttle bus to Haneda. Rooms are smallish, staff helpful, and there are a couple of local restaurants

We struggled with the small size of the room, but that's probably par for the course in Tokyo. That said, the hotel fell short in two areas: 1) Not enough outlets in convenient locations for electronics, etc., and 2) While the room and the bathroom looked very clean, there must have been some problem with the plumbing ventilation, because the bathroom smelled like a sewer for much of our short stay.
