There’s convenient store right on the bottom of the hotel. The closest hotel to get to Harry Potter Museum. Unfortunately the room is super small. Only comes w/1bed doesn’t fit family of 3 w/double size bed. The AC vent was dusty. First checked in one of the staff was rude threw an attitude. Never had any bad experiences w/other hotels staff till we came to this one. The Japanese lady was slamming the receipt when she told me how much the room cost for the week we stayed and when I asked to confirmed that’s when she slammed the receipt on the counter hard. My husband saw it and was not happy w/her attitude. I ignored it but definitely won’t go back. Not just because of her but AC ventilation was dusty, found broken glass under the bed and on the trays where the cups and mugs are.

Rooms are way too little with a tiny bathroom. If you are a party of one or more, I recommend booking separate rooms as there is barely any leg room and the beds are tiny.. Front desk staff was friendly for the most part, and English skills were good enough. The location is excellent with the Chibiya line very close to the hotel, and 7-Eleven downstairs being very convenient. Recommend if you are prepared to spend a little extra for more rooms.

Great place to stay. Small room but very clean. Great staff that responded to requests promptly and professionally. Housekeeping was well done (I took the eco option to have it done every 3 days or so). Just a slight walk (only 5-10 mins) to 2 train stations, which is still very close. Further convenience with the 7/11 at the basement level of the building that's open all day all night. The area is quiet and peaceful, which contrasts some other places visitors might stay (for example Shibuya, Shinjuku), and was to my liking. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice, restaurant good, English friendly. Easy walk to Public transport, and next to 7-Eleven was soooo nice. Gym was very small, only downside.
