The rooms were in terrible condition. Some of the paint was peeling and there were marks on the lamp shade. The property and entrance and restaurant though were nice. And the staff SUPERB!

The housekeeping didn’t clean properly,since we arrived the tiles and bathtub they have black molds up to the ceiling.and The two lights fixtures above the bathroom sink has visible dust,and under the sink is dirty and the carpet never been vacuum since the day we checked in and we found used cotton buds next to my bed. Even empty boxes of noodles never been picked up. And even used tea cups and spoon didn’t cleaned Overall stay poor cleanliness!

I had to book the hotel last minute when our flight was cancelled. The room was fairly small, but very well thought out - everything served a purpose, and we were comfortable for the three days there. Breakfast was great, and a steal for the price - all you can eat with a lot of options including Japanese dishes like grilled mackerel, nato beans, seaweed soup, etc . Staff were very polite and helpful. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and a shopping center nearby. You can also request a massage treatment in your room, and there’s a Michelin star sushi restaurant in walking distance. It’s also close to the Haneda airport, which was very convenient for our early flight. Will consider booking this hotel again if I’m ever in Tokyo.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of convenience stores. Only few minutes walk to the train station. We will come back next time when we visit Japan.

I loved and enjoyed my stay here, I loved that the station was very close and that there were convenient stores all over the hotel. Every time we’d get back from our daily outing the room was always neat and clean, I do appreciate the care that we were in. There are multiple options of good foods just in a walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel just for how easily you can walk from the train station and back every time you go out and for the amazing room service.

You have to call the hotel for shuttle service which is not provided after certain hours. I had to get a taxi instead. It cost me about 4500 yen.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It conveniently located near Shinagawa Aquarium, a train station and the airport. If interested in the free airport shuttle, be aware that some information is not accurate. My reservation confirmation stated the hotel picks up with flight information but the hotel only has the schedule The time table is as follows. [Timetable] *Hotel → Haneda Airport Terminal 1~3. 5:50 / 7:20 / 8:50 / 10:20 / 11:50 *Haneda Airport Terminal 1 → Hotel 19:00 / 20:20 / 21:40 It is a first-come-first-served basis, not a reservation system. If the bus is full, you will not be allowed to board. Also, the breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7am so it doesn’t work well if you plan to take an early shuttle to the airport.
