The hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy access to train stations, shopping, food, and convenience stores. The only issue I has with the hitel is that the hotel beds are way to firm.

Good stay
Time: end of October. Things we did not anticipate: 1) the washroom is older. It is older than the ones in the hotel gracery in Shinjuku. 2) There was a constant smell outside the hotel. This does not affect the stay. 3) The room is small, no space to have two carryon luggages open at the same time. The bed size is double. Things that are great: it was surprisingly quiet in the room, which is the most important thing; with no room cleaning, hotel would leave a bag of towels outside the room, which is quite thoughtful.
