Easy check in and self-service bag drop off. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room/communal areas. Room wasn't huge but truthfully nowhere in Tokyo is - fine size for the price and most importantly it was comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Good location for Asakusa, around 10-15min walk to nearest stations. Included breakfast very much appreciated too. Would happily stay here again, think it was a fair price for what was offered.

Great hotel for single or couple travellers to Tokyo. A wide range of dining and shopping options are available which are located just within 5 -10 min walking distance from the hotel. The only downside would be getting to the hotel from the subway station might be challenging.

The hotel was very convenient and nice just like I saw on Facebook, the first day when I checked in I ask for pay to bigger size room because when I booked it, it didn't have anything just one kind and the staff was very nice she was able to checked and found me one very helpful.

Claustrophobics stay away. Breakfast was just premade pastries. Mattress and pillows and bedding need upgrade for comfort.

The room is so small that you can barely open your luggage. The bed is ok but the pillow is not comfy. Poor window seal, can’t sleep thought the night with the sound from the wind and apparently other guests complained about the same window issue. They only clean your room once every 5 days. Stains on bed sheet and many more on carpet. Couple staff were rude but most are nice and friendly. The location is quite far from subway. It was way overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would not recommended this place.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were hard, we went and bought some from a store near by because they were so hard at the hotel, but the staff was nice, checking in and out was easy and the coffee was really good the shower was really nice and the water got super hot! 😊
