4 stars for the property condition only due to the front desk being refurbished. I stayed in the room on my own. The room was small a perfect for one. It would be cramped for 2 people. The breakfast buffet was a sample of the different Japanese style of food you could have. It was tasty.

Good location near the Tokyo train station. Staff was helpful but as I should've expected, the room was TINY. We got a room for 2 people and it really should've only been for one person as there wasn't even any space to put the luggage. Good spot for a quick overnight stay.

We stayed here one night after landing in Tokyo. It is in a great location near Tokyo station. Staff was very friendly. Room was small but clean. Only negative is the bed was extremely firm. We would have not stayed another night due to the bed being uncomfortable.

The Keio Presso Inn was a good value for the location which is within 10 minutes from Tokyo Station. While the Inn was clean and well kept, it is somewhat dated compared to other hotels we stayed at during our month long trip to Japan. The room is on the small side even by Japanese standards. The bathroom was very tight. This was the only hotel that did not offer daily free bottled water. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The best thing about this location was the location - close to restaurants both small local ones and larger ones located in office buildings. Shopping is all around you. Easy access to a variety of stations without having to enter Tokyo Station.

The location is wonderful. Station, restaurants & shopping at you doorstep. Lots of construction going on but very little noise. Rooms are small but efficient. Only hotel we stayed at that didn’t give you complimentary water. Friendly staff.
