Aussies staying at the Tokyo bay shiomi for 5 nights 6 days. Rooms were absolutely stunning and clean, with daily service always completed early and to perfection. The breakfast has a great selection and the hotel is conveniently located at a train station about 10 mins between Tokyo station and Disney resort. Best for families. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future if in Tokyo

Good location. Easy to get to Tokyo station. Modern property and very helpful and friendly staff. Good amenities and breakfast options. Public bath is nice but in the evening, there were lots of people using it. Water cups ran out. Kids were running around. Wet and used towels piled up. It will be good if hotel sent someone to check the public bath and fitness room during peak hour.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. It was our first trip to Tokyo and we elected to stay outside of the city center in a more quiet neighborhood & we're so glad we did! The hotel is conveniently located by a train line that is 2 stops from Tokyo station so it was easy to get around. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to provide.The service was top-notch. We know very limited Japanese but the staff were multilingual so we didn't have any trouble. We dined a few times (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the restaurant onsite and were very happy with both the price and menus. I would recommend at least doing the breakfast buffet one day of your stay. The room was decently sized and much bigger than you would get from a hotel in the city center. They were clean and everything worked as expected. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm which I did not find comfortable. The amenities at the hotel were amazing. There were toiletry stations in the lobby with various items. There was a currency converter machine right onsite so we were able to change over our American currency at the hotel. We didn't get to try the onsen but it's tattoo friendly! The FamilyMart attached to the hotel was a lifesaver. We were in there for coffee or something every day & the staff were always so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family. I'd say more but I've run out of characters!

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its closeness to public transit for Disney and Teamlab. Hotel is very nicely decorated, love the public bath but unfortunately it's always crowded at night. Only dislike is the room does not provide chairs

The property is wonderful clean and the bath is great. The staff was accommodating respectful and diverse. Food was great and I would definitely return. However as a person of color please be prepared to experience HEAVY racism from the locals (guests) staying at the property NOT the staff. I want to say this explicitly the staff is/was/are wonderful as a whole from the front desk to the hostesses, to the bell men, and house keepers. Everyone is respectful and great.

Beautiful property. Shower was great. Rooms are small. Delicious breakfast with good selection. We had dinner couple nights at the hotel restaurant because we really enjoyed the wagyu beef dish. The hotel is not close to any attractions but close to Shiomi station. I highly recommend the hotel. We had a wonderful time.
