We love the family room we stayed in. The kids loved the bunk bed and how spacious it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that we are able to grab additional amenities in the lobby. It was also so great to have a convenient store attached to the hotel. This hotel is a great option for Th ode going to Disney land or going to Tokyo station

Great property with wonderful staff. This is near Shiomi station.. easy to get to Tokyo station and then transfer to other stations. Family Mart on property plus near some restaurants and a supermarket. Easy to get a taxi or uber. Large rooms!

Aussies staying at the Tokyo bay shiomi for 5 nights 6 days. Rooms were absolutely stunning and clean, with daily service always completed early and to perfection. The breakfast has a great selection and the hotel is conveniently located at a train station about 10 mins between Tokyo station and Disney resort. Best for families. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future if in Tokyo

This hotel is great for a short stay but has no clothes storage other than a small rail. There is no wardrobe and no drawers. We struggled with 5 nights but any longer would be really difficult. It’s a great hotel though in a very quiet space a few stops from Tokyo station. We would stay here again but only for 1-2 nights.

This was a beautiful property that made our family stay comfortable. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the laundry facility. It wasn’t enough for the amount of guests staying on each floor and the dryer did not dry our clothes completely after one cycle. But otherwise the property was wonderful!

Liked the spacious and clean rooms and all amenities provided. Front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating, especially with luggage transfers. I wish they provided room service when I caught a cold and couldn’t join the rest of my family on their excursion. Unfortunately, for the prepaid buffet, my family was not allowed to bring food back up to the room for me (it would have been nice if that was possible). Was disappointed that my husband was sent back up to change his shoes because he wore the room slippers one morning. The staff in the breakfast buffet should be more consistent with this rule as other guest were seen wearing their slippers as well (only makes sense if you’re on a vacation but we understand rules are rules) - we stayed for 7 nights.
