It has a very pathetic checking in system, where patrons are required to get a queue number to do their own check-in STRICTLY ONLY FROM 2pm onwards. So you see a lot of people waiting at the lobby for 2pm to come for their queue number to be called by the staff to check in by themselves. The check-in system is very confusing requiring patrons to key in personal details, like name, date of birth, home address, email address, passport number before you get your room cards issued from the machine. That is almost like 15-20 mins spent for each family at a machine.
It is very time consuming as most people got trouble keying in the details, and need help from the staff. It is not user-friendly and wasted a lot of our time and very frustrating to most people.
They had done away with checking in at the reception. So the reception staff are just standing behind the counter like stone like statues. It is not a feasible system in the long run.
