Location is very convenient. Rooms are ok size if u choose the residential double. But otherwise quite tight. Washing machine in the room is awesome. Can definitely improve on kitchen supplies, I.e only 2 forks and no spoon, no chopsticks. There is no toaster im the room, and they don’t supply it either.

The hotel was well located and we chose it because it was close to a tour pickup and the bus to Narita airport. The room size was generous by Japanese standards, although we paid for this in the room rate. The washer/dryer was excellent to freshen up some travel clothes before our trip home. I think we expected the room to be serviced and was surprised to find it as we left it, after a long day tour.

Excellent service, clean rooms, nice bath, shower and toilet. Very comfortable bed. (Had an Executive Double.) Good breakfast buffet. Extremely convenient for world-class shopping and dining. My only wish was for some USB ports in my room, instead of just AC outlets.

My wife and I have stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years and we’ll keep coming back for its convenient location to Ginza shopping and dinning as well as the friendly staff and in-room washer/dryers so you don’t have to pack excessively. You can come back from your day, throw your stuff in the washer/dryer and it’s ready again the next day. I just wish they would credit my Expedia bookings to my Tokyu Stay Membership account since we’ve been staying here so often.

Overall the location is excellent, easy access to many places. The staff are very helpful. They serve excellent breakfast here! Only thing I have to report a negative thing: Room is so small I couldn’t open my suitcase. It’s very difficult to pack suitcase one half and turning the suitcase in a narrow hallway that not even 1/2 inches to spare.

Tokyu Stay Ginza was in a very convenient area. It was walking distance to two department stores with huge foodie basements. The staff was incredibly courteous. And the amenities were great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the slow wi-fi, but other than that it was fantastic.

Pros: In the middle of Ginza, easy access to shopping, restaurants, and metro. Cons: bery unclean. Spots everywhere. Reserved a non-smoking room, but very strong smoke smell inside. No coffee or water in the rooms. Very limited room service, just change towels and remove trash, no cleaning at all. Overall, overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it.
