I can’t believe you don’t have house keeping everyday to clean room ! I had to call about toilet paper that took forever to get to my room. I’m amazed that you don’t supply coffee and water in the rooms !!! I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t supply coffee and water! We was told they would put 4 bottles a day in room and coffee and that didn’t happen! Not very happy with this stay.

Stay was good for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was meh… but just ok for the 2 nights we needed it for. I guess the room we got didn’t come with a fridge or coffee pot. It did come with complimentary water; however one of the waters was drank out of that was left in the table. No big deal just threw it away. Bathroom outdated…Some stains on the tub and floor under the sink. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. It is noisy, but you are provided ear plugs if needed. We would stay here again for the convenience, but choose/upgrade to a different room.

Great location on Fremont street with many things to do nearby. Great casino and food options. Minor issues with a cracked finish in tub, broken ice machine, and reprogrammed keys for a late check out but other than that it was great!

We arrived early, at 8:00 am, but had to wait until exactly 3:00 to check in otherwise there would be a $50 early check in fee. We tried to check in at 1100 and 1:30 but were denied each time. Our room was great. Good size. However there was a strong smell of food when we entered our room. The air conditioner was loud. We were next to the elevators which were loud as well. Also there was no daily housekeeping. Had to call for towels, water, and to refill the body wash and shampoo dispensers as they were empty. Our used towels and garbage piled up. Lots to see and do on Fremont Street and the surrounding area.

Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom walls, rusted door hinges, old windows that you can hear anything through. Curtains were there for decoration so no black out option. Room service was ok, people were nice enough. Extra fee for room cleaning.

Wonderful safe staff . There was a moment at registration desk when an intoxicated guest came right next to me and started talking to the registration clerk. The clerk looked at me and asked if I was alright and if I need help. Then politely asked the guest to go use the line so that she could help me. Appreciated
