We loved Circa, the pool is great, the restaurants are great, it's modern, and adults only. Fremont street is more fun than the strip. It's where we'll be staying in the future.

Loved the room & the property iteself - but the check in - they offered us an upgrade & asked if we wanted strip or pool view. I specifically stated NO POOL VIEW - I would rather keep the mountain view or a strip view was fine. We waited, they sent us a text that the room was available. We went back to check in (there was a lady agent at this time) & she said it was a pool view. I advised we had said no pool view as the pool is open late & we do not want the noise & that we had told Jace this specifically. She argued that noone named JACE that worked there & continued to tell us that we could not have a room with a mountain (which we booked) & she then indicated that WE ASKED for an UPGRADE - which we did not. She said we could not have a strip view unless we waited again (it was 30 minutes until actual check in time & we had waited since 11 am & paid the bell hops TWICE for our baggage) - even though we booked a mountain (basic room) & asked for that. After going back & forth, they brought a manager who gave us a mountain view with 2 kings. We did not need the second bed - but at least it was a quiet location & we accepted this. He also gave us $50 resort credit - which I suppose is nice - but it barely covers the cost of the $49.72 for the resort fee for the day. It was just a hassle when we really did not need or care about an upgrade & made that very clear. Same lady agent did our check out & she was combative during that process too. Service was just not great.

Beautiful safe Resort!
Beautiful, clean resort and rooms. We liked that it was 21 and older and ID’s are scanned at each entrance. We felt safe and enjoyed our two day getaway. The stadium pool was fun and drinks were reasonably priced compared to other pools we’ve visited. There are some extra fees like $25 a day to park, basic WiFi is free but you can’t stream anything unless you pay for upgraded WiFi, $20 to check out at 12:00 pm and resort fee of $50 a day. Overall, we didn’t mind the fees due to the extra security that was provided at both the parking garage and resort. The property was safe and the extra charges to keep it that way were worth it. We plan on returning and bringing friends. Also, having a mini fridge in the room was a bonus and we were upgraded to a room with two King beds because the room we booked wasn’t ready when we checked it. It was a beautiful room with a pool view.
