Pros: The hotel was LOTS of fun - close to MANY venues including restaurants, museums (Mob Museum within 3-4 blocks), etc. One hotel door enters directly on Fremont Street and the Fremont Experience (LOTS of fun on this street!). The slot machines paid out for us (not tons of money, but it was nice to say we came home ahead - even if it was just $32 ahead. Ha Ha). Parking was very convenient, whether you use Valet (which we used for a nominal fee), or Parking Lot nearby. It was easy to drive to and from the hotel for the times we went out of the city. The open-air pool area was great with giant fish tank and water slide that even us adults enjoyed. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We LOVED the large bathroom areas (double sink with separate room for toilet). Cons: The side of the hotel we stayed on was overlooking the Fremont Experience. There were live bands every night we stayed there, lasting until anywhere between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am. If you need quiet to sleep, request a room on the other side of the building. Otherwise bring ear plugs (and you'll probably drown out a majority of the sound.) The TV is connected to You Tube which has a "Sound Machine" channel (get the the one for nighttime and babies, which keeps the TV dark). We made do and were able to sleep fairly well through a majority of the sounds from the music. The rooms were No Smoking, but the casino and portions of the hotel allowed smoking (which was not good for some of us with asthma).

Our room was dated. The bathroom looked dirty. It looked like a blood stain on the tub. It wasn’t. It was just old and disgusting. No soap holder for the bar of soap once open. Just cheap. The remote for the TV was slow and hard to push. I think it needed new batteries. We went to check in a bit early. They wanted an additional $50. Instead they told everyone to come back at 3pm. We waited in line the first time for 30 minutes and at 3pm we waited for an additional 70 minutes. It was terrible customer service. Everything was overpriced.

Highly recommend, we gave this a chance since it was right next to the concert venue we were attending. We were pleasantly surprised, it was clean and very upbeat, housekeeping answered our request within minutes and Vic and Anthony’s is a must! Pool areas is great and relaxing, if you want total silence this is not the place, we didn’t mind because we were there to party, however they are thoughtful enough to provider you with earplugs!

The pool is awesome. The cheap gambling by the pool is fun! The casino is Smokey and crowded. The dealers do not seem like they like their job. Some of them must not speak English. The room is a far walk from the elevators. It is loud. You can hear everything from the morning trash collector to the party into midnight .

We booked a room with 2 beds. When we arrived they gave us one King bed. When I told them we had booked 2 beds, not one King, they said they were out and basicly too bad. They said if we wanted to pay $20 more a night they would give us a room in a different tower. I declined as the room was expensive enough as it was. We got to our room and the bathroom was filthy. The tub and toilet hadn't been cleaned and the sink leaked! The reason we had booked here was for the shark pool they advertised. It was only open very limited hours and one day it was even closed during those hours. If we wanted to sit on a lounge chair that was an additional charge. Some of the bars in there were closed and was told only open on weekends. The desk lady said we would have a fridge in our room but there wasn't one. No coffee maker either. Our shades would not open so had to call maintenance to fix. I will never stay here again. It was very disappointing.

Highly disappointed in this hotel, for paying $900, half the cabinet knobs were missing in our room, our phone was broken, our air conditioner was broken, and there is black mold all over the shower and underneath the faucet. The furniture was stained and crunchy, and the bed had multiple blood stains in it. Highly upset.

Like location and staff is great. A number of things wrong with the two rooms we got. Assigned handicap room, didn't want, shower was handheld. two things broken, no soap 2 days in other room.
