Should be 5 stars but our neighbor had his television blaring from midnight until 6am. I suspect he fell asleep in front of it. I recommend having TVs switch off if have no input after an hour.

The bell hop there was very friendly and was very accommodating with the scooter for my sister who was staying at a different hotel - Golden Gate and was having hard time walking from Golden Gate to Main Street where I was staying….and he also made sure I got a Uber ride to the hotel when I left. Took a chance on this place, glad we did. Everything was in great shape. Room was clean and comfortable. Dining at 777 was great. Close to Fremont Street but far enough to not hear it. Will definitely stay again.

The 2 biggest issues we had was the wifi running the TV could not keep up with shows, let alone use on one device. My biggest issue, the room said there was a shower/tub combination, its only a shower. After check in i asked front desk and was told they only had showers. Do to an ankle injury i need a tub, no one cared, i will not be able to stay at a hotel that cannot update their amenities and ruins my vacation and removed one resort fee for. Not sure what that pays for, sure not the wifi.

Cleanliness n friendly staff. Our room was never cleaned! Only on the first morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door n I told her she only needed to give us fresh towels that day n to please empty the trash cans. After that first morning n as we left our room for means n meeting up with family, we thought if the do not disturb sign was not hung out, the cleaning lady would knock n with no answer, they would just come in n clean but they didn’t.
