I preferred the quick access to the lobby from the parking lot, and easier lobby desk to elevator route. I was surprised the by charm of the lobby. My room was clean, bed comfortable and room easily accessible from elevator.

Loved the historical archictecture, vibe and antiques that were displayed. Unfortunately, at the time of our visit the lift to the 2nd floor was closed so we couldn't see the remaining treasure of this property. We tried both restaurants at the hotel and great quality food and pricing.Would come back again for sure.

Refrigerator in room didn't work ate buffet food average waited long time for server to get us a drink thus rating on service you have to pay resort fee so as far as I'm concerned they shouldn't have tip jars out if I go on a cruise and pay for package tips are included should be same way for people staying at casino with resort fee outsiders would be different story rooms were clean and quiet best part of the stay

Great Hotel next to Fremont Street
The check-in process was great, love that you get in/out privileges into parking for staying, the room was very nice but I do have three things they could improve on: 1) They have shutters but it does not block much of the light. If they have roll up/down blinds that sits between the window and shutters, would work great. 2) If they had better windows to make them more sound proof. Heard a lot of the freeway. 3) The beds were very soft. Just needed to have firmer beds for us. Other than that the casino is wondering, the buffet was great and the food was always being refreshed, the cocktail personnel was always friendly and got us our drinks right away. We would stay again!

The staff was EXCELLENT!!! Especially, Crystal and John at check in and throughout our stay. Lupe in the gift shop was very helpful too!! Our rooms were super clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This property was unique because it felt like stepping back in time with all the elegant dark, carved wood and vintage looking light fixtures and antiques. It felt like it could’ve been original to very early Vegas but nothing tattered or dirty. The room wasn’t as vintage as the lower hotel but was very fresh and clean. Linens were soft and smelt great, bed was nice. I’m a linen and bed snob and I enjoyed them both. View of “old” Vegas was great from our 14th floor room.

I loved staying at this hotel because of its vintage design and the atmosphere of old Vegas. The room was big and clean. The location is very convenient for the tour to Grand Canyon that we took. The service was good. They have a buffet at the restaurant and that’s very convenient.
