The property itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle is a disaster...i understand there is construction at jfk but you have to use an app to get the shuttle. Once you figure that out it tells you when the shuttle will arrive..7 minutes, 3 minutes, 1 minute, back to 9 minutes, 6 minutes, so on. It took almost an hour for the shuttle..it supposedly goes every 1/2 hour. And calling the hotel to find out whats going on is a problem in itself. You have to jump thru hoops to get to the front desk. I ended up hitting #1 for reservations so they would transfer me...which also was not a quick experience. Too much stress!! Should be an easier way to do this

Wonderful stau
We came up for a funeral and was able to check-in early. Everyone was so nice! The breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. We had amazing stay. The shuttle got us to the airport on time and drop off at our terminal. Just wonderful experience being first time in New York

Had a layover stay here and had a good experience! The room is spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle to airport is a plus. Also, included breakfast is pretty well stocked w good coffee. I recommend this hotel for a stay near jfk airport!
