Check in and out was seamless. This is a commuter hotel. Only street parking, not a great neighborhood but conveniently located close to JFK. Our room had no shower curtain and the ice bucket was dirty. Both we taken care of after 2 calls to guest services

The towels had stains, smelt heavy of smoke, the sheets were gross. They “changed it” and there was STILL STAINS. It located in such an unsafe location with zero parking. You to depend on street parking. I will NEVERRRR stay there again.
