Finding the hotel was challenging, after a stressful drive to the hotel when we arrive, they have no parking and no help from the desk to find a aparking. After lot of struggle when we found a parking far from the hotel, we reached the room, which was avergae cleaned. And we thought to get refreshed by coffee, the coffee machine was nto working. After calling the stuff, he was so slow, he didn't bother to find anoither machine or provide us anything, cold behavior. I would never come back to this hotel.

Holiday inn said they would refund me for the second night, but that I had to request it through Expedia. So I checked out a day early, then contacted Expedia for a refund. Expedia said the hotel wouldn’t honor a refund. So who is dropping the ball? Expedia or Holiday Inn?

If you drive,this hotel has no parking, so you have to park in the street while there "my car was booted and i got a ticket" and the hotel is in the middle of street and at night its very noisy with the heavy traffic in this area.

Great stay for an early morning flight from JFK. Easy walk to the air train which was fast and easy. Only criticism is there is nowhere to eat close by. Eat before you go!

Like the proximity to JFK. Also, is just two blocks away from Airtrain and room was very clean. I thought I saw shuttle service to JFK which it's not the case. Had to take Airtrain to get to JFK airport. Room is a bit small for the price. Missed the complimentary breakfast as it's served starting 7.00 am.
