The property itself is great. Neighborhood was busy seems safe just a bit dirty because of so much business leaving garbage out on sidewalk and street vendors. The only issue with the hotel is the A/C is very loud and doesn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes.

Air system was too loud kept coming on. Had to change hotels. Breakfast was a weird set up. Would rather of had continental. Breakfast was also late. Couldn’t find real coffee creamer only powder. That was a disappointment. The rooms were very claustrophobic and it was supposedly a sold out night but not a soul around. Lloyd was a very helpful and pleasant staff member. Other staff told us breakfast was complimentary. Not true. Just overall an unhappy experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The price was reasonable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There are several great restaurants nearby, which is a plus! It was also just a couple of blocks from the subway, making travel back and forth very convenient. If you plan on staying out late, I recommend not going alone, as the neighborhood can be quite dark. It’s always safer to have a buddy with you!

The maintenance man who was working the overnight on 12/7 to 12/8 was rude when delivering waters to the room. Quite, no acknowledgment, no professionalism.
