Clean, but the shower design stinks.
Very clean rooms, but the shower was a terrible design. There is no way to turn on the shower and warm things up before you climb in. You are stuck getting doused with cold water. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

I love staying here every time my husband and I come to reno. This is the place to go. Like always we always get the room with the balcony. Perfect mountain view, loved it. The bed is so comfortable, its like sleeping on clouds. Will be back here soon.

I had requested an accessible room -could not get a wheelchair into the bathroom and the toiled was not handicap style, normal height off the floor.

NEWEST HOTEL IN TOWN AND IT SHOWS!
This is the newest hotel in reno and it shows! Very nice, clean, and just the feel for the place is just so modern. Would highly recommend and plan on returning..
