The ac didn’t work. Turned it on at 2:30 didn’t start to get cold till 5am. Plus you can only set thermostats to 65. So if you like a cold room don’t go here. I had to open the door to the hallway for some relief

Great location in Downtown Reno. Plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment within the Row and surrounding area's. A couple concerns where when asking for a non-slip bathmat I was given a towel instead. And the elevators required key card.to choose floor. However when one key card is scanned it slows multiple floors to be chosen. Not really a security feature as they hoped it would be.
