Loved the lazy river pool. Everything was great at check in. Kalvin our bell boy was quick to give us the run down tips and amenities that we have to get to casi.o and supper helpful. Only problem was the check out. It was early and they werr stringent about the time. No late check out

The resort is excellent, accommodation very good. Pools and entertainment for children very good. However there was one thing I thought could have been better; Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. This gives an unfair advantage to the guest of 6hrs diff between checkin to checkout. You haven’t time to wake , eat bfast, pack to checkout before it’s time to leave. Suggest checkout later 12 o clock
