Very beautiful on the pictures… nice place. When asked if we needed house keeping items we said yes and never received anything we asked for. The WHOLE TIME Bathroom was dirty when we got our room.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton Resort and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of upgrades in the 2BR option that I selected for my family of 5. There was no USB or C charger in the radio, wall outlets and or lamps though the clock radio had an original iPod charger docking station. The electronics were just so outdated. To make matters worse, the carpet was filthy - I noticed this as soon as I stepped into the shower tub. Dirt marks started appearing on shower floor from my feet after walking around barefoot in the room. And this was after I had already taken off my shoes and socks! The caulking in the shower was falling off and peeling in some areas. There were patchy repairs done throughout the room with textures that didn't match. These are just the little things that I would never expect from a Hilton stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will be staying here again. On a positive note staff hospitality was great along with the location and price.

We experienced a maintenance issue during our stay. The front desk just so happened to text and ask how our stay was so far, which is fantastic in itself. When I mentioned the issue the maintenance gentle came directly to our room and fixed the issue. Excellent service and stay! We already booked our next stay!! Thank you!!

Do NOT waste your money!
VERY uncomfortable and noisy beds. Very noisy fan in bathroom. Very noisy ceiling when people walked across it upstairs. Woke us up around 7am. AC didn't cool master bedroom. Door wouldn't close in spare room because the bed was in the way. There were lots of other issues. Too many to go into. They didn't care. Even though their hotel ruined our weekend, they offered nothing back. They seem unconcerned about the reputation of the hotel. I thought Hiltons were supposed to be good. I found out I was wrong! Never again. We travel a LOT for business. I will stick to good hotels, like Marriott and Drury!

It was one of the worst experiences I have had with travel. Due to unexpected travel issues, I got in later than expected and I was shocked to learn that my room had been given away. I was in a bind and had my six days that I had reserved no longer available. No rooms were available to even book, which left me to find another two bedroom hotel somewhere else. Overall I ended up spending several hundred more to make a similar reservation. I was sorely dissatisfied with my experience.

Nice place!
Beautiful property! Floors could be cleaner, and the bed was not very comfortable...I think a new mattress will be needed. Otherwise, a nice place to stay!
