HORRIBLE SITUATION AT SUNSET
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Booked this reservation months ago. Called the day of to make sure my room was noted for a late check in. Arrived and my reservation was given to someone else and the manager said to me "oh well nothing I can do" Unacceptable. We are seniors and had to stay up ALL NIGHT with NO room. The list goes on....

Got to the hotel and was told they were sold out after receiving confimration email fdfor the reservation and an email earlier thay day to check in. Manager had no customer service skills and there were no other hotel rooms available due to the rodeo taking place at this time

Absolutely horrible. We arrived late after I notified the front desk earlier that day about a late check in. They gave our room away, even tho I paid for it months ago & checked in. We were left out in the cold. I can go on and on how bad it was but you know it’s horrible when I give it a 0

The property is conveniently located close to the freeway so getting in to Vegas and out to the Hoover Dam was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel is dated but not really showing expected wear, my wife's only complaint was the lack of bottled water in the room which seems to be fairly standard at most hotels and resorts these days. We'd stay here again
