The shower barely had water pressure. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Half of the grout in the tile of the shower floor was missing and dirty. A lot of random people loitering in the parking lot, making it sketchy to go outside. A lot of police sirens in the area all night.

From the time we walked in the hotel, Hector did a wonderful job greeting us and making us feel welcome. The restaurant food and buffet was fantastic as well as the bartender and Mercedes who was great in the cafe. We plan to make this our go to hotel anytime we come to New York to visit or business.

The parking lot is dark without lights.
I booked the Room on thursday for Friday. We are very Late Friday night to Saturday around 1:45 am.Before arriving around 7pm I received an e-mail forcing me to pay $19 to maintain my reservation even when they havé already take my stay on my credit card.I paid the $19 by obligation. Once I arrived,the receptionist Tokyo nearly 45 minutes to prepare the key and I asked for a stroller for my suitcase.the concierge took 6 minutes before replying to the receptionist to tell Her that the stroller wasn’t there.What was even more aberrant was that two receptionists plus the concierge sat and watched me carry my suitcases From the entrance outside to the 2nd floor for 5 or 6 round trips,and no one said « I can help you ». For the amount we pay for a single night we should have the minimum. At night even when the restaurant it is closed they keep the spaces reserved for theme. I took two double bleds in the room and they were like single becs with towels that hadn’t been washed properly. You could see the same quality of bleach in the sheets. The only positive aspect was the acceptable breakfast.when you woke up,children were running up and down the room aisles,banging on any room number they could find,which is unpleasant when you’re trying to sleep,especially as you sent to bel at 4am.

1. Absolutely beautiful room, simple, but well done. 2. Beautiful shower. 3. Outside noise was so difficult to deal with. 4. Strange 'onion' smell coming from toilet. 5. Beware of the $19charge when you check in! I read about it, but ignored it. When I checked in, I had no choice but to pay it! Bait and switch!!!!!
