The pictures are completely misleading. Online the room pics look great, the property pics look great, but then you arrive and it’s totally a hotel that wants to look and be fancy and it is indeed not. The hotel and elevator WREAKED of this horrific overpowering gaudy air freshener. The staff weren’t rude, but they were not friendly nor very helpful. Several times we walked by and were not told hello nor goodbye. The female bartender was very friendly and kind though. Thankfully the rooms were clean, so no complaints there. However, the walls are so thin and the outside noise of cars was abundant! The hotel has signs up for quiet hours at 10pm, yet we could hear music blasting from the parties going on near the lobby and it was well after 11pm. We would never stay here again and if we weren’t going to lose upwards of $500 for canceling, we certainly would’ve stayed somewhere else. Also, for anyone thinking this is a good location to get to the city, it was about $95 for a family of four round trip for the train from Yonkers. There are no subways out that far heading to the city. We made that mistake the first day, but then decided to drive to the Bronx and park for the day for $20 and took subways into Manhattan. If you’re not a city fam and used to people that aren’t wealthy, maybe drive a little further if you decide to stay in Yonkers. 😊

I was given a room facing the thruway and busy street. So there was alot of noise. Not given an option when I signed in, despite beinga frequent customer over 3 years. The room also was not ready . On top of that almost every 15 min I heard a door Slamming near the room. This continued till almost 1am. I was very disappointed. The saving grace was the wonderful restaturant on site and the great breakfas staff. Am I going to need to swith hotel for my future stays, perhaps.

It was noisy all night. Totally unacceptable. There was loud music with loud bass going well past 11:00pm from a party downstairs. Also at 4:00am a room near us was blasting their TV. The bathroom was bizarre with a glass sliding door facing the bedroom area. A wall would be way more appropriate. No privacy at all.

The room was ok but there were mice running around outside by the front entrance. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they were indifferent. Also, saw a roach in the bathroom. Again, front desk was indifferent. I asked for the manager but was told they weren't available. No corporate telephone number either. Won't be staying there again.

This is a party hotel. There is a conspicuous sign in the elevator announcing quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 but the administration does not observe it. We asked for quiet when reserving and again at check-in and the staff said 'no party'. When we returned at 11 the whole building was throbbing and only then were we told that it would last until 1am. Excellent breakfast! But, doesn't compensate for lost sleep.

The staff was amazing. The property itself is worn and dated. My room was lit only by the two bedside lamps. A great, cheap place to stay if you are ok with modest expectations and so wear and tear.

Overall, good place. However, they really need to do some work on their “breakfast“ which looks like more of a organized family brunch then a professional hotel breakfast. They did not even use real eggs. I was charged $75 for an early check-in, I have never had that happen before and I have traveled the world.

Don’t stay here if you want sleep.
