The shower was not cleaned completely if at all. I removed a significant amount of hair from the drain catch. I was shocked to have this experience at a Hilton property. The swimming pool and hot tub right were outside our window. I would have picked another room if I knew it would be noisy until 10pm

My only complaint is: no way to adjust the AC. Much to cold in the room and the control knobs were removed. I had to use a bath towel to cover the vents. There was only a thin spread on the bed and that didn’t keep me warm enough. Everything else was just perfect

We had a very satisfied experience there. The room and beds were clean. WiFi worked well. The AC in the room worked great. I would recommend anyone this hotel and I would definitely use this hotel again if we ever visit Henderson.

We could smell a hint of dog and found a piece of dog food in our room. On one of the nights, we had to park in the building next door because a few vehicles with trailers were taking up 3-4 spaces in the hotel’s parking lot.

The overall stay was fine and the area was great. My only complaint is the pillows smelled really bad. I don’t know if they launder them but they really need too. Other than that the room was nice and accommodating and staff was super friendly

Great Place for the Us & Pups
We used to be locals and we want to stay away from the strip. IYKYK! We are lowkey people but still like to have fun and I need to be in a clean hotel. This hotel went above and beyond all of that. They had a wonderful bar and we enjoyed a drink in the pool. The pool was clean, plenty of towels, and wasn’t busy. There was also a very clean hot tub. The room was great and modern. Comfy beds and awesome AC!! Front desk staff were super friendly (day and night). Did I mention we brought our pups? This place was pup friendly while also being extremely clean!! I will note if you don’t like dogs, just a heads up there were a few dogs here. For the pup families, there are poop bags located around the outside which made it convenient for potty breaks. Last thing is that the location was amazing. You’re so close to Sunset casino (we went to the movies), great local restaurants, and close to the mall. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you don’t want to deal with the strip. You can still have an awesome time here.
