Great place to stay in Reno
We have been to Reno several times in the last few months due to family needs. The hotel is so convenient. Pet friendly (which is a must) and very clean. No evidence of animals. They even have a wonderful dog run and poop bags, too! The rooms are clean, roomy, quiet, and have all the necessities. Fridge, microwave, coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful, too! Convenient to many stores and dining options. We will continue to stay at this hotel for our future visits.

The room was huge and very clean. They have done some great updates. We had the suite which included a kitchenette and large living room space. It was very spacious. The bathroom was a little small but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Bombed out uncomfortable bed with stained sheets. Bathroom so tiny you can barely enter it bc the door opens into the toilet. The staff just gaslights but won’t lift a finger to do anything about guests that are behaving in wildly rude and inappropriate ways ruining the stay for other guests and directly making it so other guests don’t get what they paid for (although why should minimum wage staff do anything)
