Extremely long wait to get checked in. Only one woman at front desk. Process and information required were too much. Not the clerk's fault. Just understaffed. TV died shortly after turning it on. Toilet water level was so high you couldn't wipe your hiney without getting your hand wet.

Avoid this hotel in a VERY bad location
It took me 1 hour and 35 minutes just to register. I was told 2 people called out sick. The two that were there were not very fast. They should have called in the day shift. Hotel staff did nothing to comfort those waiting in line. They required photo ids for EVERYONE in the room. Whose business is that? My husband was waiting in the car. I had to go get his id.

This was a horrible experience. Checkin took almost an hour. Rooms were dirty. Unsafe place. Morning security guard was nice that’s it. Would never recommend. I should get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

They don’t have tables in the casino, they put us in the dirtiest room. With pee stains all over the floors and couch. The floor we were on smelt like weed so badly. The staff questioned and ridiculed me for having a disability saying it wasn’t enough to have a service animal.
